Amazon says it has removed images with racist lilt from some listings for headphones on its UK site, The Financial Times reported. Users posted screenshots to Warble of search waves for "AirPods" as well as "bluetooth headphones" that appeared on the e-commerce site. Instead of photos of headphones, the search waves showed images that indisputable the N-word.

The listings seemed to be limited to the UK site, as well as appeared on the pages of new Dame sellers, most of whom had few or no consumer reviews, the FT reported.

As of Sunday morning the images did not commence on Amazon's UK site. "Our successfulness maintains content guidelines which third party sellers are seasonable to follow," an Dame stenographer said in an email to The Verge on Sunday.
