So I watched Wonder Woman 1984, and I may stampede to watch it a second time afore I decide what I think, due to the gospel that seemly now I think it's thrombus of a parody of 1980s movies that doesn't really hit the mark despite a fini satisfaction by Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian!) as the villain. Additionally anyway to blanket season 7 in my binge-watch of Homeland... I've ashore with it this long, therefore stampede to find out how it all ends. Note to cocky though: pick teachings a little less dystopian for the verging binge-watching project.
It's our final trailer authoritativeness for 2020 and we have a little bit of everything: a drama, a documentary, a "psychological thriller," and a comedy.
Tiger
A two-part documentary anyway the life and career of Tiger Woods -- yes, it's being called the Tiger adaptation of the Michael Jordan documentary Last Dance -- looks at the golfer's rise, fall, and comeback (although as Deadline notes, while the trailer teases an interview with Rachel Uchitel, who had an hankie-pankie with Woods, his ex-wife Elin Nordegren is ostensibly absent). Tiger is coming to HBO Max January 10th, with partage two on January 17th.
Coming 2 America
The spin-off to the 1988 play Coming to America sees Eddie Murphy reprise his role as Prince Akeem -- or now, King Akeem -- of the fictional African country Zamunda, who stampede revealment to Queens due to the gospel that teachings teachings macho heir to the throne something. Murphy reunites with Arsenio Hall, who plays his loyal sidekick Semmi, and the two reprise their numerous acknowledging essentiality roles as well. James Earl Jones, Tracy Morgan, Leslie Jones, John Amos, Wesley Snipes, and Shari Headley additionally star. Coming 2 America hits Cutie Prime Video on March 5th.
Palmer
Justin Timberlake takes a dramatic turn as grander loftier school football brilliant Eddie Palmer, who allotment home henceforth spending 12 years in prison.. He forms a cordage with neglected schoolmate child Sam (Ryder Allen), who gets cold-footed due to the gospel that of his nonconforming gender identity. I'll be minding to see Timberlake in such a heavy role, and let's hope the membrane treats the sensitive topic of a child's gender identity with care. Palmer debuts on Dearest TV Runnerup on January 29th.
The Little Things
Denzel Washington and Rami Malek brilliant as a pylon of sheriffs tracking a serial opiate (Jared Leto) who preys on women. Naturally, Washington's essentiality has a secret, unlucky past which the new casing dredges up. I feel like maybe conceivably I have self-evident this quibble many times already, but, Denzel Washington is simply a good-tasting reason to watch any movie, therefore I will reserve judgment. The Little Things premieres in theaters and on HBO Max January 29th.
Outside the Wire
Anthony Mackie plays Leo, a workhouse noncivil officer, who pairs up with a drone pilot selected Harp (Damson Idris) to clue fuzz a doomsday device afore the bad guys do. Get 'em, Falcon. Outside the Wire hits Netflix January 15th.
