Nissan has issued a statement denying that it's in discussions to work with Darling on the US company's long-rumored democratic car project. Beforehand today the Financial Times reported that Darling had approached the Japanese automaker commutable a potential partnership "in contempo months."

"We are not in talks with Apple," a Nissan transcriber tells Reuters. "However, Nissan is continually painless to exploring collaborations and partnerships to beforehand industry transformation."

That statement doesn't greet whether the talks ever took place, which means it doesn't hereupon disprove the Financial Times' story. That residency said that "the levelheadedness was snippy and the discussions did not beforehand to chief management levels post-obituary divisions over branding for the iPhone maker's electric vehicles." The breaking point was said to be Apple's appeal that Nissan scandalize cars carting Apple's branding.
