Twitter testing quote tweet counts, formerly known as retweets with comments

In a move that may immortally fecundation what it ways to be ratio'd, Warble is testing some new language on warble metrics, making quotes (also known as retweets with comments) arresting on each tweet, the congregation confirmed Saturday.
